What you’ll do

Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with application solutions to support the Environmental, Health & Safety systems and programs at Lam Research.  This role will be highly engaged in managing EHS business processes, documents, and analyzing data to identify gaps and opportunities for program improvements.  This global role will work with the different Lam Research EHS teams and report into the Global EHS team.   

Key responsibilities: 

    • Provide centralized management support for the EHS Management System, system applications, processes, and EHS business unit documents.  
    • Performdata analysis and create presentations on related trends, compliance gaps, and proactive measures.  
    • Work with various applications such as Intelex, Microsoft 365 and AI, Power Apps, and 3E. 
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for the EHS incident reporting, chemical management, EHS websites, EHS AI chatbots, and safety assessments processes.  
    • Provide administrative support for the EHS systems, including routine data quality checks, configuration change proposal tracking, report building, data management, and system update support.
    • Serve as the liaison between the EHS team and the IT team for technical system support.  
    • Manage the EHS business documentation process.  

Who we’re looking for

This position is a technical individual contributor role and will interact daily with EHS professionals, system users, and functional managers. The position requires: 

    • Strong analytical skills. Good understanding of system processes and applications.  
    • Self-motivated and needs little supervision.  
    • Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.  

 Key Qualifications: 

      • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science; Computer Science; or a related field.  
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems management and program support. 
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 
      • Must be fluent in English.
