The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

What you’ll do

• Develop and transform dashboards for business data visualization to define business growth strategy and planning
• Support automation of workflows and reporting processes using tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or other relevant technologies.
• Assist in project coordination and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources, reporting logic, and dashboard structures to ensure sustainability and knowledge sharing.
• Support business units with forecasting and performance / budget / KPI target reporting.
• Maintain management information systems and compilation of statistical data (Excel or computerized). Identify and highlight discrepancies. Generate reports to facilitate management in decision-making.
• Provide business analytical support on book / ship / revenue and market outlook summary.

Any other general administrative duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Who we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Business Operations, or Project Management within an international company or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

1 - 3 years’ relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Experience and knowledge of Dashboard setup with Power-Bi, Power Query, VBA or programming (Visual Basic or Python or SQL)

Exposure to database concepts and tools (MS Fabric, SAP HANA, Azure Synapse) is an advantage

Experience in automate workflows and business processes (Power Automate & Power Apps)

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
