The impact you’ll make
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR business partnering, employee engagement activities, and HR project coordination within a fast-growing organization.
You will collaborate closely with the HRBP team to support business units, assist in HR processes, and engage with internal and external stakeholders on various HR matters.
What you’ll do
- Support the HRBP team in daily business partnering activities.
- Assist in updating HR-related content on the company intranet or website.
- Ensure all HR information—including policies, programs, FAQs, and announcements—is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare HR reports, data summaries, and dashboards for business reviews.
- Assist in generating HR letters, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Support the planning and execution of university engagement initiatives (e.g., career fairs, campus talks, industry sharing sessions, student projects).
- Assist in coordinating internships, industrial attachments, and fresh graduate programs.
- Support project management activities, including timelines, logistics, communications, and status reporting.
Who we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter with eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to grow in the HR field.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
