Who We’re Looking For
Performs a variety of coordinating, routing, data analysis and reporting to support supply chain business manager related material shortages and mitigation plan duties to meet Lam expectations.
- Generate daily and monthly report through SAP, Power-BI and other internal Tool for supply chain business needs and improve process efficiency.
- He or she requires to follow up with respective internal supply chain team and all organization levels to gather information and push all possible timely progress update solutions to support material shortages/mitigation plan eg. problem report, sell back/de-kit/PPV orders, supplier DB update, etc.
- Consignment program monitoring, provide replenishment risk alert for SBM look ahead risk mitigation plan.
- ISA program management, for routine fill rate report monitoring, New Amendment and claims validation.
- Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes misalignment, determines approach, compiles, analyzes data, and prepares reports for SBM advance triggering if any alarming material risks and to work on advance shipment risk prevention action.
- Master data maintenance, updates and generate report for Commodity Needs.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administrative, Supply Chain management related courses studies.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking
- Proficient in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines without much supervision
- Awareness of order management, logistics and supply chain processes are an advantage.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
