The Impact You’ll Make

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing global marketing strategies that elevate Lam’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent. Collaborating closely with our APAC teams, you will provide essential regional support while partnering with communication teams to ensure seamless brand alignment.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand and implement global recruitment marketing strategy
  • Act as liaison between Lam’s Corporate Communications and Global Talent Acquisition driving cross company collaboration
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging of collaterals
  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Support content creation for various platforms, including career pages and social channels
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Manage upkeep of materials, files, and project logs
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with employer branding and guidelines
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work collaboratively across regions and organizations
  • Proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
