LIDAS (Lam India Data Analytics and Sciences) is a Center of Excellence responsible for delivering best-in-class analytics solutions that improve business decisions across Global Operations and other sub-functions at Lam. Our high-performing team collaborates cross-functionally to provide analytics, data science, application development, and automation solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. We continuously develop technical skills and business acumen to solve complex problems in semiconductor, manufacturing, and supply chain domains. This role will be part of the Application Development group, supporting and delivering industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency while actively contributing to Lam’s resilient and profitable growth.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology program management, with at least 5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Education: BE/BTech or MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Domain Knowledge: Enterprise application development, data engineering, and analytics in manufacturing or semiconductor domains.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic technical programs involving data Science, application development (.NET, Angular), Automation and data engineering initiatives.
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with LIDAS and enterprise goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drive Analytical project migration and integration of Microsoft Fabric, real-time data streaming, and analytics platforms into enterprise solutions, as a part of Digital Transformation
  • Collaborate with engineering managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure Program feasibility and alignment.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes across multiple projects.
  • Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance with security, scalability, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across teams.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.

Mandatory and desired Skills

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall).
  • Hands-on experience managing programs involving .NET, Angular, and data engineering.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, real-time data ingestion technologies (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with data lake architecture, data mesh, and governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to SAP integration or other enterprise systems.
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant certifications.
  • Understanding of financial planning and budgeting for technology programs.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
