The group you’ll be a part of
LIDAS (Lam India Data Analytics and Sciences) team is responsible to provide best-in-class analytics solutions that help improve business decisions in Global Operations and other business sub-functions across Lam. This Organization, a “Center of Excellence” (CoE), consists of a high-performing team of experts who collaborate cross-functionally and provide analytics solutions to various business functions to suit their business needs. This team strives to improve the productivity & efficiency of business processes through business analytics, data science & automation projects. The resulting projects help accelerate businesses/stakeholders in decision-making by providing data insights. The team continuously develops the required technical skills and business acumen to help solve complex business problems & Use Cases in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and supply chain domains for the company. This role will be in Automation group to support Global Operations Process Automation & deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of LAM's business

•Years of Experience: Minimum 12 to 14 years of relevant IT and Automation Experience
•Job Experience: Hands-on experience as a Lead RPA Expert, providing technical leadership and solution architecture using
Power Platform and Automation Anywhere.
•Educational: BE / BTech / MTech – Computer Science or related engineering stream
Primary Responisbilities
•Design scalable, reusable, secure, and high‑performance automation frameworks
•Lead solution design, perform feasibility analysis, and recommend optimal automation approaches
•Define automation architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across the organization
•Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for enterprise‑grade automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) and Automation Anywhere
•Implement solutions in vision of Agentic Process Automation – Hyper & Intelligent Automation, with efficient AI agents working with Mutli-Bot Architecture for Real-time adaptation
•Lead and mentor automation developers
•Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high‑quality deliverables
•Drive platform upgrades, feature adoption, and roadmap planning
•Integrate automations with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and cloud services
•Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development of automation resources
•Own end‑to‑end solution delivery from requirement analysis through production deployment
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, Provide effort estimation, delivery planning, and technical risk assessment
•Keep up to date with Industry standards of Automation releases in respective tools of RPA technology for applying to improve solutions in alignment with the Enterprise IT roadmap
•Upgrade / Migrate Lower version automation to higher version of Automation Power Automate & Automation Anywhere
•Deliver quick POCs to perform feasibility study in providing solutions to complex problemsn to design and architecture, working closely with product teams, and owning specific aspects of feature development.
Mandatory Skills
• 6+ Yrs of hands-on experience as Automation lead in solutioning end-to-end lifecycle automation solutions with Power Automate Cloud & Desktop. Hands-On working experience in Power Automate & its AI Builder, Copilot, Automation Anywhere (VA360 & above)
•Certification: PL500, PL400 / PL900. Experience in implementing Intelligent Automation integrating with Generative AI, GPT’s Open AI
•Experience in building Automation using Azure platforms, integration with AI/ML Models integrating with SharePoint, OneDrive, Network folders for file movements, Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party APIs, and on-premises systems using connectors, custom APIs, and data gateways
• Documentation & Communication: Requirements Gathering, Business Proposal/BRD, TDD/SDD, As-Is & To-Be Flow, Technical Presentation, Incident/Problem/Change Management
•Proficient in VB Macro, Excel formulas, Python programming, Json & xml
•4+ years of experience in leading a technical team of RPA developers
•Good skills in managing Stakeholders’ (internal and external) Expectations, understanding the End-to-end Business process
• Proven experience migrating workflows from Automation Anywhere to Power Automate
•Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with cross-function global teams.
Desirable Skills
•Exposure in integrating Power Apps, BI & Power Automate and using Virtual Agents in Power Platform
•Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python
•Working Experience in Business Domains like Semiconductors, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Supply Chain Quality, or Operations
•Well versed with agile methodologies for delivery and used tools like Jira, Azure devops/git etc.
• Experience in modelling databases for Automations (RDBMS, Open-source DB)

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
