What you’ll do
- Responsible for driving end-to-end program management.
- Review problem reports within the program scope and ensure the cross-functional team (CFT) has sufficient information to proceed with next steps.
- Resolve gaps proactively before confirming mitigations or initiating escalations.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Manage timely escalations to ensure maximum visibility for the CFT organization and enable effective mitigation.
- Ensure execution, manage risks, and maintain adherence to program schedules and performance targets to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement.
Who we’re looking for
Eligibility Criteria:
- Years of Experience: 12 Years and above
- Job Experience : Experience in obsolescence management, Component Engineering, Engineering Change management, Inventory Management, planning, change control and/or manufacturing
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Electrical/Electronics) .
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in project and program management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in lifecycle analysis, Product Change Notification (PCN), component obsolescence management, and supply chain management.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making – Proactively identify issues, drive solutions, and make decisions aligned with organizational values and principles.
- Solid understanding of Bill of Materials (BoM) structure.
- Ability to influence and drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven ability in driving global programs.
- Knowledge of component engineering tools such as Silicon Experts and IHS 4D CAPS.
- Familiarity with SAP, or other ERP and PLM tools.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
