Product Change Analyst, Lead

What you’ll do
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Manufacturing Change Notices (MCN)
• Serves as the conduit with multiple cross functional teams to ensure disposition of inventory and accurate demand assessment prior to Engineering Change Notices / Manufacturing Change Notices closures
• Responsible for evaluating Supply & Demand assessment to enable minimizing excess inventory prior to Engineering Change Notices / Manufacturing Change Notices closures
• To collaborate with Supply Chain to get Rework of identified material executed along with mitigation actions on Excess & Obsolete inventory
• Coordinate with internal team of ECN / MCN creators and collaborate with the Program Managers, Product Managers, Supplier Business Managers, regional Plant Owners and Planners to monitor and maintain effectivity dates
• Coordinate with suppliers to update impacted sales orders based on materials availability along with payout of liability amount to suppliers
• Responsible for timely and accurate Order BoM updates
• Participate in strategy meetings on need basis
• Manage escalations to and from cross function teams to enable timely and accurate ECN / MCN implementation
• Drive cross functional process improvements
• KPI reporting
Who we’re looking for
Mandatory skills required for the job:
-
- Experience and Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Mgmt. Process.
- Experience in Cost Analysis related to BoM Changes triggered from Engineering Change Mgmt
- Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure including Config BOM.
- Experience in working with Power BI & Power Apps along with advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Skills to Influence and drive decisions across cross functional groups.
- Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English
Preferred qualifications
Desirable Skill:
- Good Problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of SAP & Teamcenter
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / problem solving methodologies
