LIDAS (Lam India Data Analytics and Sciences) team is responsible to provide best-in-class analytics solutions that help improve business decisions in Global Operations and other business sub-functions across Lam. This Organization consists of a high-performing team of experts who collaborate cross-functionally and provide analytics solutions to various business functions to suit their business needs. This team strives to improve the productivity & efficiency of business processes through business analytics, data science, application & automation projects. The resulting projects help accelerate businesses/stakeholders in decision-making by providing data insights. The team continuously develops the required technical skills and business acumen to help solve complex business problems & Use Cases in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and supply chain domains for the company.

This role will be in Application Development group to support & deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of LAM's business

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 12+ years in application development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Education: BE/BTech or MTech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Domain Knowledge: Enterprise application development and data engineering.

Primary Responsibilities

• *Lead and manage development teams to design and deliver web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• *Define architecture and enforce coding standards for both application and data pipelines.
• *Drive migration projects (e.g., Angular upgrades, .NET modernization).
• *Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with enterprise architecture.
• *Oversee data engineering initiatives, including building data pipelines, real-time data ingestion, and integration with analytics platforms.
• *Implement Microsoft Fabric for unified data analytics and governance.
• *Ensure seamless integration of application and data layers for real-time insights.
• *Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• *Mentor team members and promote adoption of modern tech stacks.

Mandatory Skills

• *Expertise in .NET Framework/Core, C#, and Angular (v16+).
• *Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• *Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integration.
• *Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• *Knowledge of real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hub).
• *Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data governance principles.
• *Proficiency in DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• *Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization.
• Experience with data lake architecture, Delta Lake, and data mesh concepts.
• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
