The impact you’ll make

As a Logistics Analyst at Lam, oversee the warehouse operations from Inbound to outbound and address the roadblocks in a timely manner. Areas of responsibilities include Global Logistics services, Transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, third-party warehousing, and shipping/receiving activities.Able to communicate with personnel both inside and outside the warehouse environment and drive the change.Interacts with peers in supply chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and finance to address the concerns.

What you’ll do

The selected candidate will work as the Global Logistics analyst, acting as an extension of Regional Logistics. The Logistics Analyst will be the point of contact for the warehouse and logistics quality related activities

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily warehouse and depot related issues to ensure timely resolution to inbound and outbound activities.
  • Will be responsible for managing the warehouse, receiving a variance between the Depot & WH or vice versa and Logistics quality.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, transporters, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
  • Use ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory data and generate operational reports
  • Should have hands on experience in excel data analysis and reporting.
  • Triage the Non-conformance issues within logistics.
  • CAPA for NCE As per the requirement.
  • Review Fair document as a part of the investigation of NCE and root cause analysis
  • Attend meetings with regional WH teams.
  • Track and report KPIs monthly.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum 8-12 years working experience in any of the following areas: Global Logistics Project/Program mgt, Global Quality, Warehouse /Transportation operations in global environment.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, Operational research, supply chain, or related field. MBA or master’s preferred but not required.
