The impact you’ll make
In this role, you will help shape Lam Research India’s narrative by designing and delivering impactful marketing and communication programs that strengthen our brand, inspire employees, and positively influence how Lam is perceived by internal and external audiences. You will play a key role in bringing Lam’s story to life through events, campaigns, and compelling content.
What you’ll do
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of internal and external events, partnering with business leaders, the Brand team, and external vendors to deliver high‑impact experiences.
- Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns by developing content, coordinating stakeholders, managing partners, and driving 360‑degree amplification across channels.
- Own social impact communications by creating internal and external storytelling around employee volunteering, giving, and community initiatives in partnership with social impact committees.
- Support internal communications through employee emails, intranet content, engagement initiatives, and coordination for global and India‑specific employee events.
- Develop and curate multi‑format content including newsletters, web content, presentations, social media posts, marketing collateral, and media‑ready stories.
- Build and manage a centralized content repository, ensuring structured processes for long‑term content access and reuse.
- Provide communications support through research, presentations, basic video creation/editing, and coordination of operational processes related to communications activities.
- Travel as required to support events and business engagements, including visits to Tier‑2 cities.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or a related role.
- Hands‑on experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience coordinating vendors, agencies, or external partners.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working in a communications or marketing agency environment.
- Exposure to global or regional communications teams within a matrix organization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), design tools, and video creation platforms.
- Experience supporting employee engagement, employer branding, or corporate social responsibility communications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines
