Financial Analyst Inventory

The group you’ll be a part of

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting one of the product groups to deliver monthly/quarterly reporting on inventory and accounts reconciliations. 

The impact you’ll make

This role requires a strong financial analyst who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and provide insightful analysis. The analyst will have to collaborate with various business partners across cross functional teams (CFTs) to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The person must be able to multitask in a complex and demanding environment.

What you’ll do

• Support Quarterly forecast reviews (QxR) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
• Actuals and forecast reporting of inventory and perform variance analysis.
• Perform month end close entries and account reconciliations.
• Balance sheet related activities and reporting.
• Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed and updated on time to time.

Who we’re looking for

• Solid budgeting, forecasting & accounting and financial skills.
• Experience in working in inventory and related provisions.
• Strong technical abilities including experience with SAP and advance Excel.
• Good analytical, organizational, planning and initiation skills.
• Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Work timings will be overlap with NA for 3-4 hours (8PM to 12AM IST). Should be open to stretch during Month/Quarter close and Planning cycles and support stakeholders as required.

Preferred qualifications

CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA with minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
