The impact you’ll make
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting one of the product / functional group to deliver monthly/quarterly reporting on Inventory, headcount, operating expenses (OPEX), and Account Reconciliations.
This role requires a strong Financial Analyst who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, provide insightful analysis. The analyst will have to collaborate with various business partners across cross functional teams (CFTs) to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The person must be able to multitask in a complex and demanding environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Quarterly forecast reviews (QxR) and Annual Operating Planning (AOP)
- Actuals and forecast reporting of inventory, headcount and OPEX; perform variance analysis
- Fixed Asset Audit and system update
- Perform month end close entries and account reconciliations.
- Balance sheet related activities and reporting.
- Prepare and publish weekly headcount report by program and type.
- Tracking and reporting project cost by program and type.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are maintained and updated.
Other Job Responsibilities/information
• 5WD Work timings 3PM -12 AM
• Return to Work 2 days in a Month
Minimun qualifications
-
- CA Inter/CMA Inter/ MBA with 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Understanding of US GAAP is a plus
- Strong Excel modeling skills required.
- Problem solving: Proactively and independently identifies issues and drives them to resolution
- Work timings will overlap with NA for 4 hours (8pm to 12am). Should be open to stretch during Month/Quarter close and Planning cycles and support stakeholders as required
- Attention to detail, well organized, high standard of accuracy and ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably manufacturing Business Controlling/COE background
- Preferably from SAP ECC or S4 Hana

- Interpersonal skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to summarize issues / analysis into simple and clear messaging and recommendation for senior management
